For our regular weekly walking circles and casual weekend runs, no advance registration is required: participants simply assemble at the published meeting location ten to fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. 3. Obedience to Volunteer Marshals
Our volunteer course marshals and medical officers bear ultimate authority over safety decisions. If a marshal instructs a participant to modify their itinerary or accept first-aid assistance due to fatigue or weather hazards, their guidance must be respected promptly.
